Beneteau First 36.7 Just Listed

3 cabin / 1 head layout is an ideal family cruiser or a competitive club racing yacht. The First 36.7 was designed by Farr Yacht Design. When released, it captured the world sailing community with its sailing performance and comfort, even establishing a First 36.7 One-design association in the USA.

This First 36.7 is located in Perth and has only had 3 owners since new and has recently (2021/2022) undergone a full re-fit, the list of items includes the following and more:
-New headsail (Aramid 2021), mainsail (Aramid 2022) and spinnaker (2022)
-New headsail furler & backstay (2021)
-Installation of mast lowering system (2022)
-Fairing of underside of yacht and new epoxy under-coat installed, along with anti-fouling (2021)
-Complete replacement of all running rigging, sheets and blocks
-New headsail self-tacking track (removable)

The yacht also comes with a full suite of sails, this includes a cruising main and headsail, additional racing sails, a number of asymmetric spinnakers and symmetric spinnakers.

This unique boat also comes with the ability to be set-up in two different cock-pit configurations and comes with all the equipment for both a tiller helm and a wheel helm.

This First 36.7 can be easily sailed short-handed with roller furling headsail and main sail bag and lazy jacks. A retractable bow sprit and mast mounted spinnaker pole is fitted onboard for spinnaker sailing.

The interior layout is 3 cabins, which sleeps 6 adults. A head and shower is forwards. The saloon has a central folding dining table and an L-shaped aft galley with a fridge and gas stove. The First 36.7 offers great comfort for extended cruising holidays.

The cockpit is spacious for cruising and allows a full crew of up to 10 to work comfortably when racing.
