The Flinders 'Bug' is a custom built, aluminium, canal, houseboat. It is a commercially registered 4E houseboat currently operational and part of the Bribie Houseboat holidays fleet on the beautiful Pumicestone Passage. Keep it in the fleet for a passive income or take it out - the choice is yours.

The boat sleeps 4, but is registered to carry up to 8 passengers for day trips. It offers a unique experience for couples, fishing buddies and families.

For the fisherman, there is a depth finder, GPS, rod holders, bait board, auto winch anchor and comes with a tender for safety and exploring further from the main vessel. The boat has a low draft of 0.4m allowing access to difficult spots.

LAYOUT:
The boat features a large back deck with easy entry through the side door. The deck has plenty of room for entertainment, and includes seating, a gas BBQ and 2 burner stove, fridge, baitboard and access to the bathroom, which features a head, sing and hot water shower. It is sheltered by a hardtop roof and is fully fly screened, and has roll down sun blinds that can be lowered to enclose the entire area, keeping you safe and protected from any unexpected weather.

Through the door on the starboard side, you find a bench top with a sink, and storage below full of all the necessary kitchenware. Just forward, you have a couch running down both port and starboard, seating 4 each comfortably. For sleeping, the port couch folds down into a double bed, and the starboard couch cleverly converts into a bunk bed, creating room for 4 to sleep. Just forward of the couch on the starboard side is the helm with all the necessary navigation equipment, and a TV and Bluetooth stereo to port. Access to the bow is possible through the large forward window.
