The Vessel:
The AMSA Certified 41' Class 1C Unique Identifier 452451, offshore Cougar Cat 'Prospector' was initially built for 22 persons plus crew. The vessel is in current 1C Class survey for 16 passengers plus crew for offshore fishing and whale watching, but can easily be increased back to the 22 plus crew if required. Current AMSA estimated rebuild cost $700,000. Vessel current insurance valuation $440,000.

The operation produces a part time gross revenue of >$350,000 over the last 12 months with over 1700 registered guests.
