Jeanneau Sun Fast 3600 Just Listed

Without doubt one of the best all-round racing yacht designs of the modern era. The Sun Fast 3600 has phenomenal stability and balance and has a very well thought out deck layout that lends itself equally to both fully crewed and short-handed racing. There is little that these yachts haven't achieved over the years, including being the top TWO scoring boats in the RORC in the UK in the same year, one fully crewed and the other raced 2-handed. Here in Australia, they have had great success in the Melbourne Osaka, as well as in club offshore racing with examples such as "Maverick" in Victoria, and "Kraken" in WA.

"Amitie" is the very last 3600 delivered to Australia and sold new by PBS to the current owners in September 2021. It has an excellent instruments package with B&G H5000 combined with triple Garmin mast displays, a 12' Zeus MFD in the cockpit And 9" at the nav station. It has been certified to Cat' 3 plus safety and carries an extensive sail wardrobe in excellent condition which includes a North 3Di main, two Carbon reefable headsails, three Assy spinnakers and a Code 0 on a Karver Furler. It has ORCi stability and a 2022 IRC rating of 1.045.
