Well known in the WA boating community the Leisurecat 8000 has all the bases covered from fishing with the family off the FADS to cruising the Rivers of WA or steaming to Rottnest for a well earned break on the island. A super stable fishing platform with ample cockpit space, deep internal freeboard, a huge forward cabin with toilet and an extended hardtop with wrap around screens for the ultimate offshore protection.

Welcome aboard your next boat entry is via the GRP swim platform between the engines fitted with a folding oversized Stainless Steel ladder leading you between the Suzuki 175 Hp engines well protected by Stainless Handrails through to the GRP transom door. Step through into the EVA coated self draining Cockpit wide and deep ideally suited to offshore fishing, gearing up for a dive, storing the surfboards on the way to Strickland Bay or cruising the canals with family looking at the Xmas lights. Long side pockets fitted to each side for all your gear, saltwater wash down, battery compartments, 240 lt fish boxes underfloor and back to back seating off the helm and co-pilot seats complete with additional storage. Rod holders mounted in the gunwales and a custom baitboard complete the cockpit space.

A bi-fold lockable cabin door to the Port side offers privacy for the evening when over nighting or while the electric toilet is being used. Plumbed through to the internal holding tank or directed straight overboard the choice is yours. The forward berth is huge, probably a super king in size ! suitable for two mates to sleep for the night without feeling to close or the biggest storage compartment you will ever need for all the rods and tackle for an extended trip.

Two deluxe helm chairs with excellent vision from the helm through wrap around screens with sliding side windows and overhead hatch reside under the extended overhead hard top. A well laid out concise helm with all you need right at hand centre stage being the Garmin 12 inch screen with Sounder and GPS ( chart required for WA ). Twin binnacle engine controls, hydraulic steering and Suzuki gauge bank finishes the skippers position. Crank the engines, drop the ropes and head out for the day.

Powered by a pair of Suzuki 175 Hp four stroke outboard with around 700 hours on the clock, Hydraulic steering and a bank of Suzuki analogue gauges with twin binnacle controls. She should be capable of around 30 knots on the right day with an all day comfortable cruise at 18-20 knots with great fuel economy. Reliability and economy being the hallmarks of the Suzuki four stroke range of outboards.
