This pocket sized, fast cruising cat named 'kyti' is a joy to sail and has excellent cruising features for a vessel of this size.
While the sail area to displacement ratio of this cat is excellent, the sails are still manageable and easy to deploy. Once the sails are set. Lift up the Honda long shaft outboard and this little gem takes off with speed and agility so you can actually enjoy going for a day sail or heading to your favourite cruising destinations. If you need more horse power, pull up and unfurl the code zero or pop the spinnaker for a great downhill ride. Turn on the autopilot and trim the sails when needed and enjoy the bow trampoline area underway.
Once you reach your anchorage of choise the electric anchor windlass with helm control comes in handy. Pull out the deck chairs and sun awnings and enjoy the great aft cockpit area. Access to the saloon is via two opening doors and here you'll find a the helm station with twin forward facing drivers seat and lounges either side. There are plenty of windows to enjoy the views of your surrounds. Ventilation comes through an opening hatch forward and the two saloon doors meaning she's bright and airy when required or you can close up and get cosy if trying to avoid adverse weather. The main saloon lounge setee's also convert to additional single beds when needed.
The port hull has a double bunk aft and a large, walk through, inline galley with lots of storage and bench space. There is an additional, closed off cabin forward. In the starboard hull is another double bunk aft and a large head compartment forward with storage and seating area in between.. There are large windows and opening hatches in each hull giving light and ventilation.
If you're looking for catamaran style space and stability in a package that is fun to sail and goes fast at an affordable price then 'Kyti must be one of the best options available in this size and price range. She is fully capable of extended coastal cruising with 4 water tight bulkheads and she'll get you there quickly.
