John Pugh 60 Crosswind II Pilothouse (HUGE PRICE REDUCTION)

'Just Do It' is a John Pugh designed Crosswind II Pilothouse round bilge steel sloop. She is 18.45m on deck and 20.85m overall. Launched in 2014, the boat has been little used with most equipment in as new condition. She features twin helm stations, one in the fully enclosed pilot house and the other in the centre cockpit which provides better visibility and sail control. Both provide excellent protection from the elements, have full steering, engine control and extensive interfaced electronics.

'Just Do It' is easy to sail shorthanded with large electric winches, electric in-boom furling mainsail and electric furling headsail and staysail. This is complemented by a comprehensive Raymarine electronics package, B&G Hydra 2000 autopilot, radar, sat phone, VHF and HF radios. Other features include a powerful Perkins 120HP shaft drive diesel engine (only 200 hours), Onan 9.5kva genset, hydraulic foredeck crane, water-maker, full air-conditioning, salt water spa on the aft deck, solar panels, davits for a tender, wind generator, bow thruster, double capstan anchor windlass with plenty of chain and safety gear.

The saloon is spacious and comfortable and features bespoke marine fabric covered sofas and beautiful timber work. The galley is large with a Miele stove, oven and microwave oven, customised stainless steel fridges and freezer, dishwasher, double stainless steel sinks and plenty of bench space and storage. The accommodation features two large double aft cabins with an adjacent bathroom, a two berth cabin forward with another bathroom for guests and a single casual berth in the pilothouse.

The twin bilge keels reduce the draft to only 2m which permits 'Just Do It' to sit aground unsupported if necessary, whilst still providing good sailing performance. 'Just Do It' was built in Bunbury, WA in 2005 and then sold partially fitted out. She was then moved to Henderson, WA, where after the completion of the fit out, was launched in 2014. The boat has been professionally built, is immensely strong and the quality of the steel work and fit out is impressive. Vessels like this are a rare find and this boat is in excellent condition.
